When we took our pictures we were looking for parts of the still life with interesting shapes and folds. As well as this we looked for good lighting that eradicated the bland mid tones and increased the highlights and angles that took advantage of the background outside while close ups of particular shapes in the still life increased the detail.
After taking around 40 pictures i narrowed them down to six. I chose these final pictures because i felt they all had incorporated a sense of links, chains and connectivity and these aspects of the pictures i think will develop well throughout my project.
